Herb butter

 

We all love butter but what is better than butter? Herb butter! 

Prep and cook time: 10 min, Difficulty: easy

Ingredients for 4 servings:

• 4 handfuls mixed herbs, e. g. coriander leaves, oregano, mint, rosemary, sage, thyme 1 clove garlic, peeled, crushed
• 125 g butter
• 1 clove garlic, peeled, finely chopped

Method:

Pull the leaves off the herbs and chop as finely as possible. Add the garlic. Melt the butter over a low heat; do not let it brown. Stir in the garlic and herbs and let infuse for 2-3 minutes.  Pour into a small bowl and let cool.
