Many people don’t realize but each time we head to the fridge what we find impacts our eating choices. For example, if our fridge is filled with fatty foods and they’re sitting front and centre then the chances are that we’ll reach for these types of foods. So, the way to a healthy you relies on the contents of your fridge. You see the fridge plays a big part on your shedding off some pounds. The start of the New Year is a great time to make some positive changes in your life. Most of us have a list of resolutions already since the end of last year. Interesting fact though is that it’s a lot easier to write up a long list of personal resolutions than to actually keep and achieve them. One thing to really consider is to set a goal that is not so hard to reach and yet gives you fulfillment once achieved. So, this new year we think it’s the perfect time for a fridge cleanse! You may ask, what has that got to do with my resolution? Well firstly, we believe that most of us strives to be the healthier version of ourselves every start of the year. After all the festivities from last year, it’s definitely on top of everyone’s personal resolutions.
1. Restock and choose healthy
Take time to review what’s in your fridge and cull the food that you do not want to indulge in this New Year. Fill it instead with healthy, colourful fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Reorganise and dispose
