For Liebherr’s award winners, the conclusion is clear: “This is what winners look like”. An expert in fridges and freezers, Liebherr Appliances has once again achieved top rankings this year. The independent German testing institute Stiftung Warentest confirmed the outstanding performance of Liebherr refrigerators in its current March issue (03/2018). The most important assessment criteria in the test from Stiftung Warentest were power consumption, handling, temperature stability for storing, cooling and freezing, behaviour in the event of malfunction, and noise and vibration. The results determined by Stiftung Warentest have been an important purchase criterion for customers for more than 50 years.

Among freestanding appliances, Liebherr fridge-freezer CNef 4315 took first place with the best grade of 1.6.  Its excellent energy efficiency and performance in terms of noise and vibration were key factors. The CNP 4813 was rated “good” and praised for its operating reliability even in higher ambient temperatures.

The integrable Liebherr fridge-freezer ICBP 3266 was awarded first place in the built-in category. It won the jury over with its reliable cooling and freezing performance, quiet operation, and safety concept in the form of door and temperature alarms. In addition, the appliance won points for its clear and flexible features and telescopic rails for easy handling.
