After I cut my teeth in the Champagne wine region and the new wine countries of the world, I settled down where I’m originally from: Alsace in eastern France. As a trained oenologist, I take care of the BESTHEIM wine cellar located in Westhalten, France. We produce wines from the whole range of Alsatian grape varieties. Our site specializes in the creation of Crémants d'Alsace, the region’s sparkling wine. I take great pride in the national and international distinctions we regularly receive from sommeliers and other influencers.
