Clean the porcini and chop all the mushrooms.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions. Add a few drops of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Drain, reserving the cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat the oil and garlic in a non-stick pan. Add the mushrooms and 3-4 sage leaves. Cook for 4-5 minutes over a medium heat.

Add half a ladle of the cooking water to the pan with the mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, oregano, the remaining sage and basil.

Add the pasta and toss together. Cook everything over a medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.
