Two major trade shows kicked off what is going to be a busy year for Liebherr in North America.

Liebherr started the New Year with taking part in KBIS, the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. A 84 inch touchscreen greeted visitors at this trade show in Orlando, Florida. Offering information on the features and specifications, this interactive experience unlocked the world of Liebherr to a trade audience. Presented in stunning 4K, people found out more about BioFresh and our ActiveGreen promise before making their way onto our booth. From compact solutions for small kitchens to stunning side-by-sides there is a Liebherr that fits your life!

Award Ceremony For TipOpen Wine Cabinet at KBIS 2017

Our HWG 1803 TipOpen wine storage cabinet has been selected as one of our 30 Most Innovative Products Awards for 2017 by Beautiful Kitchens & Baths. Available in black and white, this 18 bottle capacity wine storage cabinet is the star of the show wherever we take it. The award was presented to Joe Steigmiller, Divisional Director of Liebherr Refrigeration in the Americas.

Together with Modenus and Design Milk, we hosted a panel talk at the DMMSocialLounge about European design. This was followed by an informal luncheon to discuss all things Social Media with members of the design community. You can (re-)watch parts of the panel discussion on our Facebook page.

IDS Toroto: Trade Show Visitors Get North American Exclusive

From Orlando, FL, we continued to Toronto, Canada for IDS. At this trade show, we were proud to present our products in close collaboration with our exclusive Canadian distribution partner Euro-Line Appliances. Aside from our clever solutions for refrigeration, visitors got a North American exclusive: A glimpse at the Milky Way prototype first shown at IFA 2016 in Berlin. While no announcement had been made for this product going into series production, the reaction from the crowd made it clear that we are on to something here. Euro-Line focused heavily on the the versatility of Liebherr’s fully integrated models and the stunning center-piece and built-in looks you can easily create with our freestanding range.
