Launched at KBIS in Orlando, Florida, the new MONOLITH columns are a monumental advance in refrigeration. To showcase them in a dream kitchen, Liebherr Appliances teamed up with Richard T. Anuszkiewicz (ANNA-SKEV-ICH) who brought his vision and talent to our booth with his MONOLITH INCEPTION KITCHEN.
Highlighted as a top industry innovator by Kitchen & Bath Design News for creative talents and business acumen, Richard T. Anuszkiewicz (ANNA-SKEV-ICH) is the Creative Director of Richar Living Lifestyle Brand and the Executive Director of Alt Breeding Schwarz Architects Casework Division.
This kitchen design celebrates the inception of the Monolith column refrigeration series for Liebherr Appliances. The concept is derived from the definition of “Monolithic”, meaning, “formed of a single block of stone.”
A Dream Within A Dream
This idea can be found throughout the kitchen in the crisp contemporary geometries and the layered long linear planes. The architecture and cabinetry of the room mold together to keep a continuous uniform surface respecting the definition, even the central island is a solid geometric volume with carved out multi-height counter surfaces and a seating banquette.
The Inception Wine Room was an invitation to get lost in a dream within a dream. Infinity mirrors gave this room a unique, selfie-ready feel.
