Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, gas 4).
Thoroughly wash and brush the potatoes.
According to their size, cut the potatoes into halves, quarters or thick wedges.
Spread out evenly on a baking tray.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
Spread the garlic on the potatoes.
Wash the rosemary and sprinkle the leaves over the potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season with salt.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Serve hot with a yogurt dip if desired.
