Place all the ingredients, except the dried fruit, in a bowl and mix well.

Step: 2/3

Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C (160°C fan, gas 4), turning occasionally, until crisp and golden. Allow to cool.

Step: 3/3

Cut the dried fruits into small pieces and add to the muesli. Keep in an airtight container. Serve the muesli with fresh berries, milk, sour milk or yogurt according to your tastes.
