Preparation

Juice the lemon. Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice with the oil and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash the rocket, shake dry and tear into pieces.

Drain the capers. Mix the rocket with the capers and dressing. Top with the ham and serve.
