Preparation

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.
Step: 2/6
Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
Step: 3/6
Meanwhile, separate the eggs.
Step: 4/6
Mix the egg yolks with the cream and diced ham. (Use the egg whites in another recipe.)
Step: 5/6
Drain the spaghetti then return to the pan. Add the egg mixture and stir over a low heat until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from the heat.

Season the spaghetti with pepper and serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
