Preparation

Clean and wash the pointed cabbage, and cut out the hard stalk in a v-shape. Peel the onions. Cut the cabbage and the onions into fine strips.

Step: 2/4

Heat oil in a pot. Sweat the onions in it over medium heat until glassy. Add the pointed cabbage to the pot and steam for 3 minutes.

Step: 3/4

Add the paprika powder, the soy cream and the broth, and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

Step: 4/4

In the meantime, wash the dill, shake it dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop it. Season the cabbage with salt, pepper and dill.
