Kwaliteitscontrole van telescopische rails
De telescopische rails van de laden zijn ontworpen voor meer gebruiksgemak in koelkasten en diepvriezers. Om hun optimale werking te garanderen, leggen we ze voor aan een reeks diepgaande tests om mogelijke storingen te voorkomen. Deze telescopische rails worden daarom onderworpen aan een belasting die groter is dan de gebruikelijke belasting om hun lange levensduur te garanderen.

Kwaliteitscontrole van deurscharnieren
Dankzij het geïntegreerde SoftSystem sluiten de deuren van Liebherr apparaten met deze functie automatisch vanaf een openingshoek van ongeveer 30°. Dit zorgt voor een soepele sluiting, zelfs wanneer de deurvakken volgeladen zijn. In een huishouden wordt de deur van de koelkast meerdere malen per dag geopend en wordt deze aan hoge belastingen blootgesteld. In onze testlaboratoria zorgen we er daarom voor dat we meer dan 100.000 deuropeningen simuleren om de duurzaamheid van alle componenten te garanderen.
