Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Wash the leeks.

Dice the cheese.

Dice the salami.

Cut the leeks in half lengthways, then slice diagonally into fine strips.

Fry the salami cubes in a pan.

Add the garlic and leeks to the pan and cook over a low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the pack instructions.

Add the pureed tomatoes and parsley to the leeks and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cheese to the sauce and mix with the drained pasta. Serve immediately.
