Preparation

Mix together the flour, a pinch of salt and 30-40ml water to a firm dough. Wrap in cling film, and leave to stand for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and deseed the peppers, then cut into thin strips.

Wash the lettuce, shake dry and chop into strips.
Step: 4/8
Roll out the dough into thin, round flatbreads.
Step: 5/8
Cook the flatbreads in a dry non-stick pan over a medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Place immediately in foil, and roll at once, so that the bread does not break.

Unroll the flatbreads again and spread with peanut butter and ajvar.
Step: 7/8
Top with the turkey breast, peppers and lettuce strips.
Step: 8/8
Roll up the flatbreads tightly, wrap in foil again, and cut in half before serving.
