Preparation
Wash and drain the pointed cabbage and remove the thick leaf veins. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Peel the onion, halve and cut into strips.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the cabbage and onion strips over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Set aside.

Wash, drain and halve the grapes. Cut the turkey breast into strips.

Knead the flour with the remaining oil, 250ml water and 1/2 tsp salt to a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough on a sheet of baking paper then transfer to a baking tray on the paper.

Spread the dough with quark. Add the cabbage and cover with strips of turkey and grapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan, gas 7) for 12 minutes.
