Preparation
Mix the vinegar with the honey, mustard and oil and season with salt and pepper.
Dice the gherkins.
Wash the chives, shake dry and finely cop. Mix the chives and gherkins with the dressing.
Cut the cheese into strips.
Peel, core and thinly slice the apple.
Wash the radish, halve and cut into thin slices. Mix the cheese, apple and radishes with half of the dressing.
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan until aromatic, then cool and roughly chop.
Wash the lamb's lettuce and shake dry.
Peel and finely slice the onion.
Place the lettuce and onions on plates and drizzle the remaining dressing on top. Add the cheese salad and sprinkle with nuts.
