Peel the peaches.

Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.

Squeeze the juice of the lemon and the orange and pour into a blender with the peach flesh.

Puree the mixture well, adding the brandy.

Pour the blended peaches into 2 glasses.

Top up with sparkling wine.
