Preparation
Prepare 8-10 eggs, according to the hunger of the guests.
Place the eggs in a bowl.
Beat thoroughly with a whisk.
Stir in a little salt and pepper.
Grind the pepper and mix together.
Add the milk and whisk again to combine.
Stir again with the whisk.
Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat.
Add the egg mixture.
Stir with a spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes over a low heat until set. The scrambled eggs should not become brown, but remain pale and creamy.
Place the scrambled eggs on plates.
Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
