Prepare all the ingredients.
Beat together the milk and flour until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well. Mix in the melted butter along with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
Brush a hot non-stick pan with some oil.
Add a ladleful of batter to the pan and tilt to coat the base evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden underneath, then turn and cook for 1 minute to brown the other side.
Transfer to a plate and continue in this way until all the batter is used up. Stack the finished crepes between sheets of baking paper.
Sprinkle the crepes with cinnamon sugar.
Or spread with apple puree.
Or spread with jam, fold and serve.
