Cover a board or a plate with prosciutto and sprinkle it with plenty of black pepper.

Wash the figs well and remove the stalks.

Cut or tear the figs in half and place on the ham.

Wash the mint, shake dry and chop the leaves. Juice the lemon.

Mix the lemon juice with the honey and olive oil and drizzle over the figs. Garnish with mint.
