                    Cover a board or a plate with Parma ham and sprinkle it with plenty of black pepper.
 
					                
						Step: 2/5                    
                    Wash the figs well and remove the stalks.
 
					                
						Step: 3/5                    
                    Cut or tear the figs in half and place on the ham.
 
					                
						Step: 4/5                    
                    Wash the mint, shake dry and chop the leaves. Juice the lemon.
 
					                
						Step: 5/5
