Prepare all the ingredients.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Wash the parsley, shake dry and pick off the leaves.

Cut the leaves into fine strips.

Step: 6/8

Heat the olive oil in a hot pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.

Season with salt and pepper and add the drained spaghetti.

Add the parsley and mix everything together well. Season and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
