Wash the pepper, deseed then cut into fine strips.

Step: 2/6

Wash the carrot, peel and cut into thin sticks.

Step: 3/6

Wash the cucumber, pat dry and cut into small strips.

Step: 4/6

Wash the spring onions, shake dry and quarter lengthways.

Step: 5/6

Soak the rice paper sheets individually in warm water, drain and place on the work surface.

Step: 6/6

Wash the basil, shake dry and pull the leaves from the stalks. Spread out the vegetables and basil on the 4 sheets of rice paper and roll up. Serve with the chilli sauce.
