Arrange all ingredients for use.
Peel and finely dice the garlic.
Wash the spring onions and finely dice the white parts.
Finely slice the green parts diagonally.
Place the cheese in a deep bowl.
Add the cream and puree with a hand blender until smooth.
Without using the hand mixer
Stir in a little liquid with a spoon until you reach the desired consistency. Add the garlic and the white onion parts.
Season the dip with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with the green onion slices.
