Soak the wooden skewers in lukewarm water (to prevent burning while cooking).

Wash and halve the chillies, deseed and chop finely.

Mix with oil and some salt.

Clean the mushrooms with a brush. Remove the wooden skewers from the water.

Cut the chicken into pieces. Thread onto the skewers alternating with the mushrooms.

Heat a pan, brush the chicken skewers with the chilli oil and fry over a medium heat until golden on all sides.

Step: 7/7
Wash the coriander, shake dry and scatter the leaves over the skewers to garnish.
