Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas 6).
Grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp oil and heat in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
Tip the flour into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and make a well in the centre.
Place the eggs in the well.
Gradually add the milk and stir everything to a smooth batter.
Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan.
Sauté the sausages until browned all over.
Remove the hot dish from the oven and arrange the sausages in it, evenly spaced.
Pour over the batter and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. When the batter is risen and has a crisp, golden brown crust, the dish is ready to serve.
