                    Place the oats in a bowl and pour over the apple juice and lemon juice.

                    Mix well.

                    Cover and place in the fridge overnight. Add a little water if it looks too dry.

                    Wash and grate the apple.
					                
						Step: 5/12                    
                    Remove any remaining cores.
					                
						Step: 6/12                    
                    Add to the oats.
					                
						Step: 7/12                    
                    Add the raisins.
					                
						Step: 8/12                    
                    Add the yogurt.
					                
						Step: 9/12                    
                    Mix everything well.
					                
						Step: 10/12                    
                    Divide the muesli between 4 small bowls.
					                
						Step: 11/12                    
                    Sweeten with honey to taste.
					                
						Step: 12/12                    
                    Serve with your choice of almonds, fresh fruit and mint.
